How could the Mercedes me portal work in 2-5 years?

After completing the Mercedes me portal, we focused on its potential further development, considering the sub-brands (Connect, Assist, Finance, Inspire, Move). Using personas, possible user journeys were envisioned and designed in a potential front-end scenario.

Think in personas, include current and possible future predictive data

Based on 3 personas, we devised three journeys (sales, service, mobility) and visualized them in a motion prototype. This served as a presentation within the Mercedes-Benz management circle.
