Mercedes me is the premium service brand of Mercedes-Benz, available in 15 EU markets and China. The Mercedes me portal gives access to various digital services for registered Mercedes-Benz car owners at any time. An internationalization concept ensures seamless adaptation to local requirements.
Challenge
Digital services anywhere and at any time
Users of Mercedes me services should be empowered to manage their vehicle data comfortably and access connectivity features anytime, even on the go.
Integration across devices and platforms
The project was implemented in collaboration with the agency Mediaman. The focus was on creating a consistent experience across all devices. Concept, design, and technical implementation were aligned to ensure intuitive usability and responsiveness. In addition to the portal, a connectivity app was also developed, enabling remote access to vehicle data for older vehicles via an adapter.

My role
I held the role of Design Lead, responsible for shaping the overall visual concept while contributing hands-on to the design work. I led a team of four designers and provided direction to ensure a consistent outcome. In close coordination with concept and development teams, I worked on aligning design and functionality. Together with the Account Director, I acted as a key point of contact for the client throughout the process.
